Data controller
The controller for data processed on edist.app is Jules Le Prince (see the legal notice). For any question: support@edist.app.
Data we process
- Support. If you email us at support@edist.app, we process your email address and the content of your message solely to reply to you.
- Purchase. Payment is handled by Polar, acting as Merchant of Record and as the controller for payment and billing data. After a purchase, the confirmation page displays your name and license key, fetched from Polar at display time; this data is not stored by the site. See Polar’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
edist.app uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Only the Polar checkout, on the purchase page, may set cookies necessary for its operation, governed by Polar’s policy.
Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (see the legal notice). Technical data (such as IP address and connection logs) may pass through its servers, including outside the European Union, in order to provide and secure the service.
Retention
Support exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@edist.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
